Thanks for your reply, but I do not have Rapport installed. I have 1 PC and 1 laptop. The PC does not have a IE problem, the laptop does. I still have to access that IE11 as an admin.

I believe this is a Microsoft issue. I wish I didn't have to use that particular piece of software to use another third party (and no, there is no issue with that one) service. Unfortunately, IE11 cannot be skipped.

This problem is being caused by your homepage (not very likely) or a browser
add-on or another program.
1. Open Run from [Windows logo key + r] Type in iexplore.exe -nohome (iexplore.exe<space>-nohome) then hit Enter. This will open Internet Explorer to a blank page. If IE opens normally, change your homepage.
2. Open Run from [Windows logo key + r] Type in iexplore.exe -extoff (iexplore.exe<space>-extoff) then hit Enter. This will open Internet Explorer in no add-ons mode. If IE opens normally, if the problem is gone troubleshoot add-ons to find the troublesome one.

If the problem does not persist in Safe Mode with Networking a startup program is causing the problem. Clean boot troubleshooting will help you identify the guilty program.
